Protocol

• Place the card horizontally
• Add 100ul of packaging supernatant to the Sample Well
• Wait for 10-15 minutes

Test of Cellomics Technology lentivirus packaging supernatant on the titration strip. Results of original supernatant, 10x dilution, and 100x dilution are shown. 

HEK293 cells were infected with serially diluted lentivirus. After 72 hours, GFP expressing cells were observed under fluorescence microscope. A dark red test line was generated by a dilution containing ~2x10^6 TU/ml lentivirus.
