Hepatic Leukemia Factor (HLF) is a member of the proline and acidic-rich (PAR) family, a subset of the bZIP transcription factors. Chromosomal translocation of this gene with the E2A gene cause a subset of childhood B-lineage acute lymphoid leukemia. This lentivirus expresses human HLF under the control of the EF1A promoter.
