TNFSF12 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. TNFSF12 is a ligand for the FN14/TWEAKER receptor involved in apoptosis and angiogenesis. This lentivirus expresses human TNFSF12 under the control of the CMV promoter.
